How WHAM generated 3,600 qualified leads from three lead magnet campaigns

WHAM needed to scale interest at the top of the funnel without losing quality. Three LinkedIn campaigns built around a sharp lead magnet generated more than 3,600 qualified leads.

I'm not sure there's a better marketing team in the UK. We are always shocked by the results they drive and just how efficient their team is. They're incredible.

TL;DR

WHAM is a straight-talking sales agency that helps companies land meetings with the clients that matter. It partnered with noticed. to scale interest at the top of the funnel without losing quality, using a lead magnet that educated and provoked rather than pitched.

  • Volume with quality: 3,600+ qualified leads across three campaigns, each from a relevant, interested buyer.
  • Durability: the magnet kept generating leads for months after launch.
  • Method: one sharp asset, written in WHAM's own voice, distributed three ways.

Challenge

A service that is hard to explain in a single post or a cold message.

WHAM are sharp, confident and deliberately direct, and that is the whole proposition. The difficulty is that the value only becomes obvious once someone understands how they work, which is more than fits in an opening line.

They wanted to scale the top of the funnel without the usual trade: more volume, worse leads.

The asset did the explaining

'Why Most Sales Agencies Get It Wrong' — educating and provoking rather than pitching.

We got clear on their ideal buyer and what keeps them up at night, then built the magnet on that, titled to take a position rather than describe a service. A title that argues gets opened. A title that describes gets scrolled past.

We choose assets with the 60-minute test: list every problem your buyers have, cross off every one you could not solve in under an hour, and build on what survives. An asset that solves something this week is one people actually use, which is what makes it keep working after launch.

  • Written in their voice, mirroring how WHAM actually talk, because an asset in agency-speak from a deliberately blunt agency reads as borrowed.
  • Positioned as an argument, which gives a reader a reason to disagree, and disagreement is engagement from exactly the people who care.
  • Built to be used, not to be gated, counted and forgotten.

Three campaigns, one asset

The magnet was the constant. The distribution was the variable.

Rather than building three assets, we launched one across three campaigns with content and distribution designed to prompt action. That keeps the message consistent while the route to it changes, and it means each campaign compounds the recognition of the last.

It is also why the leads kept arriving after the campaigns stopped. An asset that circulates on its own has a longer half-life than a campaign that needs budget to breathe.
