Key takeaways

  • noticed. ranks first for UK B2B. Manchester-based, LinkedIn only, with British clients including the NHS, Hutchinson Engineering and Dr. Will's published with their numbers.
  • Half the agencies ranking for UK LinkedIn terms are not UK-based. Cleverly is in Los Angeles, B2Linked is in Utah, and Linkedist does not state a location anywhere on its site.
  • Timezone is a real cost, not a detail. LinkedIn decides reach in the first half hour and rewards fast replies, both of which are harder when the team running your channel is asleep.
  • Only two of six publish pricing. Gripped at £5,000-£15,000 a month and B2Linked from $3,000. The rest require a call.
  • Check the recognition. Prolific North and This Is MCR are independent UK bodies. A 9.3 out of 10 an agency awarded itself inside its own ranking is not the same thing.

For UK B2B companies, noticed. takes the top spot: a Manchester agency working on LinkedIn and nothing else, with a client list that is genuinely British and genuinely difficult. Below, six agencies ranking for UK LinkedIn terms, with a note on which ones are actually in the UK.

Why "UK" matters more than it sounds

Search for a LinkedIn agency in the UK and roughly half the results are not British. That is not dishonest in itself, but it changes three practical things.

Timezone. A US agency running your LinkedIn means your posts go live and your replies land while the team is asleep. On a channel where the first half hour decides reach, and where a reply within the hour is worth several the next day, that gap costs you.

Market knowledge. Knowing that Prolific North matters in the North West, or how a British engineering firm talks about itself, is not something an agency acquires from a distance. It shows up in the writing.

Who you can actually meet. For a long retainer, being able to get in a room occasionally is worth more than most procurement processes account for.

So the first criterion on this list is simply: where does the team sit? We have recorded it for every entry, including where a site does not say.

For the wider list without the UK filter, see our main LinkedIn agency shortlist, or the city lists for London and Manchester. Our own Manchester office is at 24 Hood Street, Ancoats.

What a UK LinkedIn agency should be able to show you

Three things, none of which are difficult if the work is real.

Named UK clients with numbers attached. Not "a leading manufacturer" but Hutchinson Engineering in Widnes, with the impressions and the site visits published. Recognition from UK bodies rather than a score the agency awarded itself. And a straight answer about what they will not do, because an agency that claims to suit every British company has not thought about who it is wrong for.

How we ranked these agencies

Actually UK-based
Where the team sits, not where the domain is registered. Several agencies ranking for UK terms are not in the UK.
Named, checkable results
Client names alongside the numbers. A figure with nobody attached cannot be verified.
Pricing transparency
Whether a starting price appears on the site, or whether you have to book a call to learn it.
Channel focus
LinkedIn as the whole business, or one of several channels.
UK market knowledge
Published work with UK clients, in UK sectors, judged by UK bodies.
Who it is built for
Enterprise, mid-market or founder-led. These are genuinely different businesses.

The best LinkedIn agencies: in-depth review

1. noticed., best for UK B2B companies wanting LinkedIn run end to end

https://www.noticed.co

A UK agency, founded in Manchester in 2022, working on LinkedIn and nothing else. Content, outreach and strategy run as one programme rather than three retainers.

The client list is heavily British and heavily unglamorous, which is the point: the NHS, Hutchinson Engineering in Widnes, NGS, Dr. Will's, WHAM. These are not SaaS companies with an easy story. The work has produced over 312 million impressions and contributed to more than £127M of client pipeline across 200+ companies.

Recognition comes from UK bodies rather than self-issued scores: B2B Social Strategy of the Year 2026, Prolific North Top 150, This Is MCR Digital Innovator of the Year, and Lancashire Start-Up of the Year.

Named results

  • Hutchinson Engineering (Widnes): 2M+ impressions and 150 site visits from target decision-makers
  • BG Capital: a $127M real estate transaction signed through LinkedIn positioning
  • Simple Scaling: 164 qualified leads and £656K of attributed pipeline
  • Prolific North Top 150, B2B Social Strategy of the Year 2026, LinkedIn Top Voice 2025

Best suited for

UK B2B companies whose buyers are on LinkedIn, particularly in sectors most agencies find difficult to make interesting. Strongest where the sales cycle is long and the story is technical.

Where it falls short

We refuse to work outside LinkedIn. No Meta, no Google Ads, no SEO, no multi-channel retainers. If you need those, we are the wrong agency and will tell you so on the first call. We also do not publish a rate card, because scope varies too much for one number to be honest.

2. Gripped, best for B2B SaaS demand generation

https://www.gripped.io/

Gripped works only with SaaS, AI and tech companies past roughly £2m ARR, out of Borough High Street in London. LinkedIn is one line in a demand generation programme that also covers paid search, SEO and website.

They state £5,000 to £15,000 a month openly and note most clients land at £8,000 to £12,000. Published outcomes include a 252% rise in opportunity value from Google Search Ads and £1.3m of quarterly pipeline.

Named results

  • £1.3m in new pipeline created in one quarter from paid search and social
  • 252% increase in opportunity value from Google Search Ads
  • 108% year-on-year increase in sales opportunities

Best suited for

B2B SaaS companies past £2m ARR who want one agency covering search, social and website rather than a LinkedIn specialist.

Where it falls short

LinkedIn is one channel among six. If LinkedIn is where your buyers are and you want it run properly, you are buying a share of attention rather than a specialism. Scope is restricted to SaaS, AI and tech.

3. Tribal Impact, best for enterprise employee advocacy

https://www.tribalimpact.com/

A UK agency focused on employee advocacy for large organisations. The premise is that your people, not your brand account, are the channel, and the work is as much internal adoption as it is content.

Named clients include Pfizer, Siemens, Salesforce, Bosch and IBM. The published result that illustrates the model best is a single Qlik account executive influencing €250,000 to €300,000 of pipeline in three months.

Named results

  • Qlik: one account executive booked 12 meetings and influenced €250-300K pipeline in three months
  • Named enterprise clients including Pfizer, Siemens, IBM and Salesforce

Best suited for

Large enterprises wanting to mobilise hundreds of employees as a channel, where the obstacle is internal adoption rather than content quality.

Where it falls short

Built for enterprise B2B organisations in complex markets, which makes it a poor fit for founder-led or mid-market companies. No pricing is published, and employee advocacy is a different discipline from running the channel for you.

4. Linkedist, best for LinkedIn audits and workshops

https://www.linkedist.com/

Linkedist is a LinkedIn-only agency running eight service lines: content, advertising, personal branding, audits, workshops, sales integration, and more recently ChatGPT Ads and generative engine optimisation. The spread is wide for an agency of its size.

Published case studies run to follower counts, post volumes and impressions. Detra Solar is the most detailed: 2,426 followers and 203,524 impressions across 75 posts over eighteen months.

Named results

  • Detra Solar: 2,426+ followers and 203,524 impressions across 75 posts in 18 months
  • CloudVisor: 2,000+ followers, 225 posts and 10 ad campaigns over two years
  • WhiteBridge.ai: 1,850+ followers and 34,963 impressions

Best suited for

Companies that want a LinkedIn audit or an internal workshop before committing to a retainer. The breadth of service lines suits a business still deciding what it needs.

Where it falls short

Published results are follower counts, post volumes and impressions rather than pipeline, revenue or meetings. No pricing is published, and the site does not state where the agency is based.

5. Cleverly, best for high-volume outbound at scale

https://www.cleverly.co/

An outbound shop in Los Angeles covering four channels at once: LinkedIn messaging, cold email, cold calling and outsourced sales development. Reps are dedicated and the operating model is built for throughput rather than bespoke work.

Their figures are reported across the whole client base rather than per engagement: 224,700 leads generated, $312M of pipeline, and 1,000 active clients.

Named results

  • 224,700 leads generated across the client base
  • $312M pipeline and $51.2M revenue, cumulative
  • 1,000 active clients and 1,000+ five-star reviews claimed

Best suited for

Companies that want outbound volume across several channels at once and are comfortable with an agency operating at scale rather than bespoke.

Where it falls short

Outbound only. Cleverly does not offer LinkedIn content or organic presence, so the profile a prospect lands on after receiving a message is your problem rather than theirs. No pricing is published.

6. B2Linked, best for LinkedIn Ads management only

https://b2linked.com/

A LinkedIn Ads specialist with the clearest rate card in this list: $3,000 a month plus $1,000 setup below $15,000 of spend, a sliding 20% to 6% of spend above it, $2,000 for a standalone audit, $450 an hour for founder consulting.

The focus is narrow and genuine. Paid LinkedIn only, which is the point for anyone whose ad account is the problem.

Named results

  • Account management from $3,000/month plus $1,000 setup, published openly
  • Sliding 20%-6% of spend for accounts over $15,000/month
  • Named consultant pricing at $450/hour

Best suited for

Companies with an existing LinkedIn Ads budget that needs managing properly. The published rate card makes them easy to evaluate before a call.

Where it falls short

Paid advertising only. No content, no outreach, no organic presence, so a company that needs LinkedIn to work without ad spend is not the fit. A three-month contract is required for account management.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a LinkedIn marketing agency cost in the UK?
Published UK ranges in this list run from £5,000 to £15,000 a month, with Gripped stating most clients invest £8,000 to £12,000. Most UK agencies do not publish a figure at all and ask you to book a call first.
Are UK LinkedIn agencies better than US ones?
Not inherently, but timezone and market knowledge matter on this channel more than most. LinkedIn decides reach in the first half hour and rewards fast replies, both of which are harder when your agency works while you sleep.
What should a UK LinkedIn agency be able to show me?
Named UK clients with numbers attached, recognition from independent UK bodies rather than self-issued scores, and a clear answer on what they will not do. All three are straightforward if the work is real.
Do LinkedIn agencies work for UK manufacturing and engineering?
Yes, and often better than in tech because the competition for attention is thinner. Hutchinson Engineering in Widnes produced over two million impressions and 150 site visits from decision-makers at target accounts over six months.
Can a LinkedIn agency work with the public sector?
Yes. We work with the NHS, which brings a slower approval process and tighter rules on claims. The work is the same; the timelines and the sign-off path are not.
How do I check a UK agency is actually based in the UK?
Look for a registered address on the site rather than a phone number or a currency. Several agencies ranking for UK terms list neither, which is itself informative.
Should I pick a LinkedIn specialist or a full-service UK agency?
If LinkedIn is where your buyers are and you want it run properly, a specialist gives you the whole team's attention. If you need search, website and social together, a full-service agency like Gripped is the better shape.
